REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Any payment made towards booking amounts, application fees, maintenance charges, electricity charges, or any other dues is generally non-refundable and non-transferable, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing by Greentech Projects.
Once a transaction is successfully processed, cancellation of payments is not permitted.
Refunds, if applicable under exceptional circumstances, will be processed solely at the discretion of Greentech Projects and may be subject to administrative deductions.
Refund processing timelines, if approved, may vary depending on banking channels and payment gateways.
Greentech Projects shall not be responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or third-party service providers.

By using this facility, you (user / buyer / owner / tenant / member) agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions.
Greentech Projects reserves the right to modify, amend, update, or revise these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
Users are advised to review the terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
Use of the online payment facility after updates implies acceptance of the revised terms.
🔹 PAYMENT DETAILS
Greentech Projects
Payments can be made through available online modes including net banking, debit cards, credit cards, UPI, or any other payment methods enabled on the platform.
All payments must be completed on or before the due date mentioned in the invoice, demand letter, or official communication issued by Greentech Projects.
Delayed payments may attract late payment charges, interest, or penalties as per the applicable policy of Greentech Projects or the respective residential/commercial project.
Greentech Projects shall not be held liable for:
Bank charges
Payment gateway fees
Transaction failures
Technical errors occurring during the payment process
Users are advised to retain transaction receipts and confirmations for their records.
